In the case of concrete frames, the slabs are concreted together with the floor beams to form a monolithic structure. In the case of steel frames, the floors are easily made with reinforced concrete. In the conventional concrete frames, the molding of reinforced concrete columns and beams is time consuming. In our steel house frame method, because molding is done only in one level, the time required is reduced drastically. All the steel beams are connected to the concrete slabs with planted special nails. Balconies are easily and safely constructed as an extension of the slabs (cantilevers).
